Katonah Yoga at Park Yoga

Movement facilitator Maggie Zebrine leads class every Monday night at Park Yoga, with me as a seasonal co-facilitator.

Many of the active stretches I use with clients come from Katonah Yoga, a type of Hatha yoga with Taoist roots. A combination of poses, breathwork, and meditation, this is a communal practice with lots of props and hands-on assistance.
